Clemens Trautmann
Club chairman
Dr. Clemens Trautmann (born 1977) took over the chairmanship of the Association for the Promotion of Classical Music e.V. in 2019. Since 2015 he has been President and Managing Director of Deutsche Grammophon GmbH in Berlin, where he is responsible for commercial, strategic and artistic matters. He previously held various management positions for Axel Springer SE, most recently as office manager for CEO Dr. Mathias Döpfner as well as managing director and CFO of the real estate portal Immonet. Clemens Trautmann has a doctorate in law and simultaneously completed musical training, including at the Juilliard School in New York. At the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Private Law, he researched European copyright and procedural law. As a clarinetist he received prizes from the German Music Competition and the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, he gave concerts internationally, including at the Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center New York, and presented various recordings.

Burkhard Glashoff

Since September 2013, the Hanover native has been managing the affairs of the Dr. Concert Directorate together with Pascal Funke as managing director. Rudolf Goette. He studied musicology and school music and plays the piano, clarinet and saxophone himself. In 2000 he ventured into concert management and organized the classical and crossover program for the EXPO 2000 Hanover world exhibition. He then started as a music manager at the Schmid Concert Directorate and has been in charge of the touring department there since 2005. As a music educator, he deals intensively with the challenge of attracting new and young audiences to concert halls and getting them excited about the fascination of classical music.

Nick Hellenbroich

Nick Hellenbroich has been designing the programs and concert series of MünchenMusik and its subsidiaries for over 10 years.
Previous positions took the studied musicologist and violinist to the German State Philharmonic RLP, the Lower Saxony Music Days and the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Festival.
The special appeal for the Hamburg native lies in the diversity without blinders. From recitals to arena concerts, from string quartets to large symphony orchestras – his desire for something new allows him to combine the established with the experimental.

Dagmar Sikorski

After completing her basic studies in musicology, obtaining a diploma in business administration and a longer stay abroad at a renowned music publisher, Dagmar Sikorski became managing partner of the SIKORSKI music publishers. During this time she was also President of the German Music Publishers Association and an honorary member of the German Music Council. Until the sale of SIKORSKI music publishers, she served on its supervisory board and in various committees of GEMA for 16 years, most recently as deputy chairwoman of the supervisory board. Since retiring from active professional life, Dagmar Sikorski has been an active and advisory member of various foundations and associations.

MünchenMusik
In 1984, Andreas Schessl, who comes from a family of musicians, presented his first concert series in the then newly renovated Blutenburg Castle, starting an exciting time as an organizer. Initially more of a passion than a profession, the beginnings developed into a company that is now one of Germany's most successful classical music organizers and contributes to the cultural diversity of the music city of Munich with around 300 events per year. The range of concerts combines established and experimental, traditional and crossover into a diverse program. The desire for new things has also repeatedly led to very successful in-house productions with nationwide demand.
Seit 1999 bildet die Künstlervermittlung ein weiteres Standbein des Unternehmens: MünchenMusik arbeitet heute im Rahmen von Projekten und Tourneeproduktionen mit einer Reihe namhafter Solist*innen, Ensembles und Orchestern zusammen.

Gesellschaft zur Verwertung von Leistungsschutzrechten mbH (GVL)
Die GVL sorgt als Verwertungsgesellschaft dafür, dass Künstlerinnen und Künstler sowie deren Labels fair für ihre Arbeit und ihre kreativen Leistungen vergütet werden. Über 160.000 ausübende Künstler*innen und Tonträgerhersteller*innen – davon mehr als 25.000 Musiker*innen und Hunderte von Labels aus dem Segment der klassischen Musik – haben der GVL ihre Rechte anvertraut und machen sie damit zu einer der größten Verwertungsgesellschaften für Leistungsschutzrechte weltweit.
Die GVL versteht sich als Vermittler zwischen Rechteinhaber*innen und Rechtenutzer*innen. Dafür erfasst sie die Nutzung von urheberrechtlich geschützten Werken u.a. von Radio- und Fernsehsendern sowie für die öffentliche Wiedergabe z.B. in Restaurants oder Cafés. Die treuhänderisch eingenommenen Gelder leitet die GVL als Vergütung an ihre Berechtigten weiter.
Promoting cultural diversity has a long tradition at GVL: it makes up to five percent of its annual distribution volume available for cultural support measures and social donations.

Daniel-Frédéric Lebon
Dr. Daniel-Frédéric Lebon ist seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt ein versierter und erfahrener Manager von Künstlern und Tourneeattraktionen. Er absolvierte eine Ausbildung zum Verlagskaufmann und studierte anschließend historische Musikwissenschaft und Germanistik in Hamburg; er promovierte über die Ballettmusik von Béla Bartók. Während der Studienzeit war er bei der Deutschen Grammophon GmbH tätig.
Seitdem arbeitet er als Künstleragent und Tourneemanager, zunächst bei Winderstein in München, dann bei IMG Artists in Hannover/London, und bis heute bei Opus 3 Artists in Berlin. Dr. Lebon ist ehrenamtlicher Geschäftsführer der Parti GmbH (Tochterfirma der Tonali gGmbH) und engagiert sich für verschiedene sozio-kulturelle Projekte.

TONALi
TONALi – von den beiden Cellisten Amadeus Templeton und Boris Matchin 2010 gegründet – ist ein partizipatorisches und gemeinnütziges Kultur- und Bildungsprojekt, in dessen Rahmen insbesondere junge Menschen klassische Musik spielen, hören und organisieren. Das Publikum erhält dabei die Möglichkeit, im Dialog mit den Künstler*innen den Entstehungsprozess des Konzertes aktiv mitzugestalten.
